Should we give Flu Vaccine to our children?

Coming into winter and with sickness everywhere around us, the main question I still have is whether to vaccinate my children or not. There are so many different opnions on this issue. I have a 4, 6 and 8 year old. A friend said this to me a week ago

“I think if you give your body the chance to look after itself rather than relying on vaccinations to do the job, then your body learns to develop a stronger immune system.”

Still undecided about this issue. If you have any feedback please let me know, I would love to hear your opinion on this issue.
